Good morning lovelies!! I’m not sure I’ve ever been this excited to share a Learn To Cookrecipe video with you, because this is something that I make in my own kitchen all the time. As you guys know, I love me a good smoothie bowl, so the fact that one is now in video form makes my healthy heart oh so happy. Watch it below!
Did you see that consistency?! Frozen bananas are KEY for that, and the avocado helps make it super creamy. You can play with pretty much everything else though, based on what you’re in the mood for each day! Scroll down for the combo in the video:
1/4 ripe avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen mango or pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup packed spinach or kale (or a mix!)
Toppings: blackberries, granola, dragon fruit, mangoes, etc.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend on high until it’s a nice smooth consistency. Top with hemp seeds, granola, coconut flakes, and (ALL of) your favorite fruits.
And dig in!
