Orangetheory is my only workout, and I’m doing the transformation challenge, so I’ve been going 5 days a week. I totally feel you on endurance days being easier though – strength is the bane of my existence. I just finished the whole30, so my goals for March are to find my “food freedom” and continue to see results from Orangetheory (gaining lots of muscle and getting way leaner)! I should also add in more yoga, cause the stretching is definitely needed.

5 days a week at Orangetheory is a lot! Good for you, Amy! Also, I’ll update you on the new at home yoga I mentioned – could be a great (and easy!) addition to your OT routine!
