What an awesome post Lauren! They are all such incredible points & especially the gratitude one. I love a great gratitude journal for the smallest or biggest things! We all have something we can find each day! Awesome post!

Love that, Amanda! I’ve been thinking about getting a journal so I can have it all written down too – such a great idea!

These are some good tips. I’m really good at the venting part the letting it go can be tough!

Haha don’t I know it! Sometimes it’s way easier said than done – but I think you just have to go into the “vent session” (haha) with the intention of letting it go after. Say what you need to say, but wave buh-bye after that! No need for that negative energy to continue to take up space in your life!

Thanks for this post Lauren! My issue with negatively lately has been not letting other people’s judgements of my decisions deter me from feeling comfortable with my choices–although sometimes you start letting other peoples discouragement make you think you are doing something wrong. I’ve definitely been working out more and it is helping me to stay balanced, focused, and calm (most of the time) 🙂 I think posts like this are so important. Keep doing what you are doing!

Thanks so much for commenting, Marley! Figuring out what outside noise to listen to vs. ignore is really tough. Trust me, I know! Listen to the opinions you respect the most, but also keep doing what works for YOU. That’s what’s most important!
