Happy Friday!! I know the blog has been pretty quiet this week, but I have been HUSTLING behind the scenes – and I am particularly excited about this healthy shamrock shake recipe!! I have been working on it for the past week and a half to get the recipe right, film a video, and make sure that it’s Adam approved… and let me tell ya, he is the first one to tell me that a smoothie with spinach does not taste the same as a McDonald’s milkshake made with ice cream 😂 But even this version got his stamp of approval! Woooooo!!!
I think it’s pretty obvious that St. Patrick’s Day is going to look a lot different this year. Instead of a bar crawl, I think we’re all just hoping for a nice day so we can see a few friends on a patio! If that doesn’t work out, I will definitely be making this smoothie, maybe spiking it a little (why not?!), and putting on some fun Irish music. How will you guys celebrate this year?
